Use the same account that owns the product subscription. If you cannot sign in, use forgot password on the login page.
Billing recovery starts from email
When Saowa cannot charge a subscription, the billing email gets a direct link back here. After sign-in, Billing opens the secure billing portal for payment method updates, invoices, and renewal changes.
If the account password is forgotten, use forgot password on the login page and return here after recovery.
